• Cash on Delivery (COD):

  • A nominal COD fee may apply and will be visible during checkout and in order-related emails.
  • COD fees are non-refundable if an item is returned or if a cancellation request is made after the order has been shipped.

• Liability:

  • Trikuta Oils Jammu is not responsible for delays in delivery or any damage caused to products during transit due to mishandling by the logistics partner.
  • No liability will be accepted for delays or damage due to factors beyond our control, such as weather, flight delays, political disruptions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

• Delivery Time Estimates:

  • An estimated delivery time will be shown on the order summary page.
  • Upon placing an order, you will receive an email summarizing your order and providing the estimated delivery time.

• Communication of Delays:

  • If a delay is expected, we may notify you, but we are not liable for any delay in delivery, and no refunds will be issued for such delays.

• Multiple Products in One Order:

  • Products purchased in a single transaction may be delivered together, subject to availability.
  • For delivery to different addresses, separate transactions with different delivery addresses are required.

• Delivery Receipt:

  • Delivery can be made to any person present at the provided shipping address.

• Cancellation Policy:

  • Orders can be canceled at any time, even if delivery exceeds the estimated time.
  • For prepaid orders, refunds will be processed to the account or payment wallet used, following successful cancellation.
